RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Returns can be made if the goods are damaged – Free of Charge shipping applicable.
You should email us manually to contact@malika-shop.com . All the following policies are not applied to Sale items. All sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
 
RETURNS POLICY
1. You should email us within 7 days after you receive the product.
Please provide information why you want to return the product.

2. We will response to your email and ONLY after you get the email response you can return the product and we will give you the designated address (Jakarta).

3. You will then have 7 days beginning after you receive our email response to send it back.
Products have to be remained unused and keep all the tags and packing with them.

4.If after 7 days the goods are not received by us, we have authority to refund your purchase as Store Credit valid for 3 months.
Exceptions can be made if the goods cannot be received because of the shipping company’s or our fault.
 

You can ask JNE to pick up your items if you are too busy to deliver your goods to JNE,
please call (Jakarta only) 021-566 5262 to book a pick up.
 

If the product you returned is sold out and we can’t replace it with new one,
we will refund your money via Bank Transfers for domestic customers or PayPal for international customers.
We also are not responsible in taxes and duties charged for international customers.


EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not happy with the products you received, you can exchange it with other product, or else you can exchange it with a store credit.

2. We will response to your email and ONLY after you get the email response you can send the product to us and we will give you the designated address (Jakarta).

4. If after 7 days the goods are not received by us, we have authority to reject your exchange.


IMPORTANT NOTICE
 Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed (we will notice it) and with all garment tags (if available) still attached.
Returns or exchanges that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
